With the market shifting they are going to be strategically targeting major airport (pavement / apron upgrades that are being planned across the domestic / international organisations and The Australian Defence Force.We are searching for an experienced Civil Superintendent to oversee the Supervisor and drive the daily production or this specialised, defence project delivering: Aprons, taxi ways perimeter roads & complex communications services / drainage packages for clients such as BAC or ADF.As Superintendent you will be responsible for:• Planning for all resources including plant, labour, materials and subcontractors• Approve subcontractor workforce requirements and review work accomplished by each discipline • Ensures the most current design document is provided to subcontractor to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation • Review subcontractor time records using established automated tools • Review and approve major subcontractor equipment mobilisation and demobilisation • Prepare reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, personnel forecasts, and expenditures forecast • Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules  To be successful you will require a proven track record in supervising Superintendents delivering a wide range of civil packages for clients who have demanding specifications.
