They will be a major contributor to building South East Queensland’s Olympic and Health infrastructureThere is a current requirement for an experienced structures foreman to join the project team on a $100M multi-level Educational project on Brisbane’s Southside. Suitable candidates will have a background managing trades in an EBA environment and be able to demonstrate the following:-Full experience across Split package structure -site establishment, piling/foundations, basement dig, basement structure, main tower structure and tower craneEnsuring SWMS and OHS compliance with all structural trades (Steel, concrete, formwork)Undertaking weekly safety walks and closeout of items, compliance with  safety proceduresPre-pour inspections Daily pre-starts with subcontractors, sequencing - 2 week look ahead programmesUnderstanding of Aconex/or Procore Software This Top-tier building contractor is set to undertake some of SEQ’s major projects and be a major contributor to constructing the much-anticipated Olympic infrastructure as well as hospitals, and major commercial developments and towers. Foreman - Structures

They will be a major contributor to building South East Queensland’s Olympic and Health infrastructure

There is a current requirement for an experienced structures foreman to join the project team on a $100M multi-level Educational project on Brisbane’s Southside. Suitable candidates will have a background managing trades in an EBA environment and be able to demonstrate the following:-

  • Full experience across Split package structure -site establishment, piling/foundations, basement dig, basement structure, main tower structure and tower crane
  • Ensuring SWMS and OHS compliance with all structural trades (Steel, concrete, formwork)
