We are proud to be partnering with one of Austalia’s largest construction contractors who deliver landmark projects across government, health, institutional, civil and commercial industries. Their projects are nationally-renowned and include both government and private sector clients and can surpass $1B  in scale. They will be a major contributor to building Brisbane’s Olympic infrastructure. There is a current requirement for an experienced  foreman to join the project team on a $100M institutional project on the Gold Coast . Suitable candidates will have a background managing trades in an EBA environment and be able to demonstrate the following:-Full experience across all trade packages including  structure -site establishment, piling/foundations, basement dig, basement structure, main tower structure and tower crane. Services - Mechanical , electrical hydraulics , gases - Finishes - Ceiling partitions, joinery , facade and external worksEnsuring SWMS and OHS compliance with all structural trades (Steel, concrete, formwork)Undertaking weekly safety walks and closeout of items, compliance with  safety proceduresPre-pour inspections Daily pre-starts with subcontractors, sequencing - 2 week look ahead programmesUnderstanding of Aconex/or Procore SoftwareThis Top-tier building contractor is set to undertake some of Queensland's   next major projects and be a major contributor to constructing the much-anticipated Olympic infrastructure. They will be a major contributor to building Brisbane’s Olympic infrastructure.

 
There is a current requirement for an experienced  foreman to join the project team on a $100M institutional project on the Gold Coast . Suitable candidates will have a background managing trades in an EBA environment and be able to demonstrate the following:-
